Hope Bancorp itself was established in 2000 and later became the holding company associated with the Bank of Hope platform following a series of mergers and consolidations, including the organization formerly known as BBCN Bancorp.
The company’s products include personal and business checking accounts, savings accounts, money-market accounts, certificates of deposit, and individual retirement accounts. Its lending activities cover commercial and industrial loans, working-capital financing, inventory funding, debt consolidation, business acquisitions, commercial real estate, multifamily and construction lending, residential mortgages, home-equity lines, automobile loans, credit cards, and personal loans.
