(NYSE American: CPHI) (the "Company"), a fully-integrated specialty pharmaceuticals company in China, today announced the closing of its previously announced registered direct offering of 2,500,000 shares of the Company's common stock, par value $0.001 per share, at a purchase price of $2.00 per share. The gross proceeds from the offering are $5 million, before deducting placement agent fees and other offering expenses.
