| Metric | Latest | YoYYoY means Year-over-Year. It compares the latest annual value with the previous annual value to show long-term trend strength. | QoQQoQ means Quarter-over-Quarter. It compares the latest quarter with the immediately previous quarter to show short-term momentum changes. |
|---|---|---|---|
| RevenueThe total money that came through the front door from selling things, before paying a single bill. Think of it as the grand total of every credit card swipe from customers. (YoY compares this year to last year's performance, while QoQ compares the current three months to the previous three). | $1.2M | -95.9% | -37.3% |
| Net IncomeThe absolute bottom line. If the company paid every single supplier, employee, banker, and tax collector, this is the actual money left in their pocket at the end of the day. | $-1.2M | +87.2% | -19.3% |
| Gross MarginThe basic markup. If they sell a $100 pair of sneakers, this percentage tells you how much of that price tag is profit right after paying for the rubber and shoelaces, but before paying for things like store rent or TV commercials. | +36.2% | -46.8% | -33.3% |
| Operating MarginThe 'day job' efficiency score. Out of every dollar a customer spends, this shows how many cents the company keeps after making the product AND paying for all the everyday corporate overhead (like salaries, marketing, and keeping the lights on). | -871.8% | -1136.2% | -93.0% |
| Net MarginThe final take-home percentage. When you strip away every conceivable cost, tax, and interest payment, this is the exact number of cents the company truly gets to keep from every dollar in sales. | -99.6% | -212.5% | -90.2% |
| Free Cash FlowThe holy grail of corporate cash. It's the spendable, physical money left over after the business pays for its daily operations AND buys the big, expensive upgrades (like new factories or servers) it needs to survive. This is the 'free' money they can use to pay dividends or buy back stock. | $-8.2M | +81.4% | -42.4% |
| FCF MarginThe ultimate cash conversion rate. It shows how good the company is at turning regular sales directly into cold, hard, spendable cash. A high percentage means the business is an absolute cash-printing machine. | -686.4% | -352.2% | -127.1% |
| Debt / EquityThe financial risk gauge. It compares how much of the company's empire was built using borrowed money (loans) versus the owners' own money (shareholders). A high number means they are heavily leveraged and playing a riskier game; a low number means they are playing it safe. | 55.8% | -50.1% | +6.0% |
| Current RatioThe 12-month survival check. It simply compares the cash they have right now (plus things they can quickly turn into cash) against the immediate bills they absolutely must pay this year. A score above 1 means they have enough in the wallet to cover the upcoming bills without panicking. | 1.95x | +11.0% | -24.6% |
| Total AssetsThe absolute size of the company's empire. It bundles together absolutely everything of value they own—from the cash in the register and the inventory in the warehouse, to the software patents in the vault and the factories on the ground. | $40.9M | +5.1% | -13.7% |
| Metric | Annual (A vs E) | Annual Surprise | Quarter (A vs E) | Quarter Surprise |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| EPS Surprise | -0.29 vs -0.34 | +14.7% | -0.70 vs -0.15 | -366.7% |
| Revenue Surprise | $1.2M vs $1.5M | -18.4% | $299048 vs $500000 | -40.2% |

Charles Padala: Thank you, operator, and welcome, everyone, and thank you for joining us on our quarterly results conference call. I'd like to remind everyone that certain statements we make during the call will be forward-looking. Because such statements deal with future events and are subject to many risks and uncertainties, actual results may differ materially from those in the forward-looking statements. For a full discussion of these risks and uncertainties, please review our annual report on Form 20-F and our quarterly reports on Form 6-K that are filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. At this time, it is now my pleasure to turn the call over to Mr. Phil Serlin, Chief Executive Officer of BioLineRx. Philip Serlin: Thank you, Chuck, and good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining us on today's call. As has been our practice, I will begin with a few prepared remarks before turning the call over to Mali Zeevi, our Chief Financial Officer, to briefly recap our financials. Afterwards, we will take your questions. Ella Sorani, our Chief Development Officer, is also available for Q&A. I would like to begin this morning with an update on GLIX1, a highly innovative molecule for the treatment of glioblastoma or GBM and other cancers that we obtained through our collaboration with Hemispherian. In March, we were pleased to announce the initiation of a Phase I/IIa first-in-human trial of GLIX1 for the treatment of GBM. And a few weeks later, the first patient was dosed at NYU Langone Health under the supervision of Dr. Alexandra Miller, Chief of Neuro-Oncology and Co-Director of the Brain and Spine Tumor Center, Perlmutter Cancer Center at Langone Health. A total of 3 renowned academic centers will participate in this clinical trial. In addition to Langone Health, Northwestern University led by Dr. Roger Stupp and Dr. Ditte Primdahl; and Moffit Cancer Center led, by Dr. Patrick Grogan will also be recruiting and treating patients. Additional sites may be added to the study at a later date as well. The Phase I part of the trial is expected to recruit up to 30 patients with recurrent GBM and other high-grade gliomas. The objective is to establish a maximum tolerated dose and/or recommended dose based on safety, PK/PD and preliminary efficacy. We expect to provide periodic updates on the trial during the second half of 2026, with full results on the dose escalation part in 2027. The Phase IIa expansion part of the trial is planned to include additional indications, including newly diagnosed GBM as well as select cancers with GLIX1 as …
