Revenue in the quarter grew 4.7% to $340.3 million marking our fifth consecutive quarter of year over year revenue growth. Active clients were 2.3 million, and increased 21 thousand sequentially. SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Stitch Fix, Inc. (NASDAQ:SFIX), the leading online personal styling service, today announced that effective July 21, 2026, the compensation committee of the company's board of directors granted Sree Sreedhararaj, Chief Product and Technology Officer, restricted stock units (RSUs) to acquire 382,653 shares of the company's Class A common stock. One fourth (25%) of the RSUs will vest on December 16, 2026. The remaining shares subject to the RSU shall vest as follow.

SFIX's debt-free balance sheet, strong cash reserves and positive free cash flow support growth investments and shareholder return.
