As a reminder, our results reflect the completion of the Kito Crosby acquisition closed on February 3, 2026, and the divestiture of Columbus McKinnon's legacy U.S. power chain hoist and chain operations on March 4, 2026. On the call with me today are David Wilson, our President and Chief Executive Officer; and Greg Rustowicz, our Chief Financial Officer.
